RATES FOR 2026 & Beyond
 

Daily Rate $400.00 with a maximum of 14 at Elite and $350.00 with a max of 16 at 43rd - there is no minimum number of people

 There is a minimum 2 night stay - additional $25 per person per day is added to the daily rate at 43rd and $35 per person per day at Elite

(Includes taxes & cleaning fees)

If you choose not to do basic cleaning as asked you can pay a $200 cleaning fee instead.
